Dear World Project paired artists and researchers to explore metal health research through a series of explorative workshops. The artworks developed from these collaborations were featured in a two week exhibition at Stour Space in East London.
We delivered a two-week long programme of events to support the exhibition from art therapy sessions, to a mental health comedy night (including Fern Brady) and a mental health in professional sports night (including England Rugby Sevens captain Alex Davis).
Alice led some Artistic Journalling workshops, and produced two huge murals responding to conversations throughout the 2 weeks.

A 3-day event showcasing the benefits of being outside and connecting with nature. This weekend was split into 3 days, “Science of Well-being”, “Mental Well-being” and “Physical Well-being”. Within each day were a host of workshops, activities and talks guiding people through different ways of not only helping their well-being, but also helping the well-being of the environments in which they live and work.
